Our Programs

If the world is going to change for the better, you have to focus on the kids.

Rodney B - Volunteer: party operations, founder of Halloween in the City

Our first name might be Christmas, but many people in our community turn to us for help throughout the year. We sponsor two ongoing initiatives:

Helping Families – A broad range of services for those transitioning from homelessness, or otherwise in need

The Village Project –  Educational assistance

All 2020 Live Events Canceled

Due to COVID-19, all live events for 2020 are canceled. However, we are STILL helping shelters celebrate the holidays. Although we will not be holding our traditional public events this year, we remain steadfast in our commitment to helping Boston area families in need.

We are working directly with a number of the shelters to make sure that families experiencing homelessness will still have a joyful holiday season. So we are still in need of financial donations, as well as wishlists and other items for the families and for the shelters we’re working with.

You’ll find information on how you can get involved here. This is a work in progress! Over the next month or so, we’ll be supplying more detail on our needs, drop off locations, etc. And financial donations are always welcome.

Learn more about how YOU can still help!
