A big thank you to the Greater Boston PCA

December 12, 2025

As they have for a number of years now, our friends at the Greater Boston Plumbing Contractors Assocation have made a generous donation of $5,000 to Christmas in the City. We’re so very grateful that they have once again chosen us to receive a grant.  And we’re so very honored to stand alongside some of the most prominent organizations serving those in need in the Boston area’s most vulnerable communities.  This year, in addition to Christmas in the City, the GBPCA awarded grants to:

  • The Salvation Army Kroc Center, a recreational and enrichment hub for Boston youth.
  • Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program, offering medical services to people experiencing homelessness.
  • Community Servings, based in Jamaica Plain, delivering nutritious meals to families facing food insecurity.
  • Father Bill’s & MainSpring, which operates homeless shelters and housing programs in Quincy and Brockton.
  • Rosie’s Place, providing shelter, meals, and advocacy for homeless women and survivors of domestic violence.
  • The Greater Boston Food Bank, distributing nutritious food to residents throughout Eastern Massachusetts.

We couldn’t be prouder to be in such good company.

Many thanks to Greater Boston PCA Executive Director Andrew DeAngelo and Greater Boston PCA President Kenneth Reagan (pictured here with CITC Volunteer Maureen Rogers).
