Jake’s Thoughts on the Recent Election

Don’t worry. We will survive. The sun still came up the morning after. This is a great country and we will make it. We survived a different scenario in 1968. We elected a crazed paranoid schizophrenic, who had a crooked FBI director. And we did it again in 1972, when we voted to re-elect him. We survived around here by smoking marijuana and putting bumper stickers on our cars, that said, “Don’t blame me, I’m from Massachusetts.”
