Celebrate #GivingTuesday with a donation to CITC!

November 29, 2016

You’ve probably been coming up with your shopping list for a while now. so if you’re like a lot of us, you spent at least some of your time at the mall on Black Friday, visions of bargains dancing in your head. Not to mention visions of crossing items off of your list. Done! On Small Business Saturday, you may well have set your shopping sights on smaller stores in your neighborhood or home town. Then you took a bit of a break on Sunday to check your list twice, and to gear up for Cyber Monday. Which you spent shopping on line.giving-tuesday

Fortunately, it’s now Giving Tueday, when we can pause our shopping for “stuff” and think about not just giving, but giving back

#Giving Tuesday was established in 2012 with a simple yet powerful purpose: “to celebrate and encourage giving.”

We’re hoping that you’ll celebrate giving by making a donation to Christmas in the City. And whether you’re ordering a toy from our wishlist, asking for the name of a child so you can choose a special gift they’re wishing for, or making a much-appreciated financial donation, you’ll be celebrating the true spirit of the Christmas season.

Thanks for helping us put smiles on the faces of thousands great kids, one smile at a time. We couldn’t do it without you!

And Happy #Giving Tuesday to all!
