Lots going on!

We’ve been gearing up for a while now, but now that Thanksgiving’s in the rear view mirror – and, by the way, we gave out hundreds of turkey-and-all-the-fixins baskets the Saturday before T-day – we’re REALLY gearing up for the Christmas in the City Party (and Monday Mania, too.)

Here are just a few of the great events we have lined up to raise money to help us a) pull off another spectacular CITC party for 4,000+ kids and families who are experiencing homelessness; and b) make sure that 16,000+ kids whose families are in need have some presents under the tree.

DECEMBER 7: We’re fortunate to have so many wonderful friends and supporters. And delighted that Patriots great Julian Edelman is among them. For the second year in a row, Julian will be coming out to support Christmas in the City at the Seaport Hotel’s annual Celebrity Holiday Tree and Wreath Auction. That’s Number 11 (with the great and talented Jake and Sparky Kennedy) at last year’s Seaport event.

Thursday, December 7th, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Seaport Hotel.

DECEMBER 16: What kid (whatever their age) doesn’t love an amusement park? Especially when it’s winter and there aren’t a ton of them still open around Boston. So this year, we’re opening up Winter Wonderland – the centerpiece of the CITC party – from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. on pre-party Saturday. For the low, low price of $20, your kids (and you) have unlimited rides on 20 great rides, get to start a wonderful new family tradition, and support a great organization. More info here.
