Every Donation Helps Make Some Magic

Following a maelstrom of events that include the sudden illness and loss of our founder, Jake Kennedy, and the Covid-19 pandemic, Christmas in the City temporarily lost our tax-exempt 501(c)3 status due to a lapse in submitting tax filings. While our dedicated, 100% volunteer team is working round the clock to get our 501(c)3 status retroactively reinstated, we have entered a fiscal sponsorship agreement with our partner, Knock Knock Give a Sock. This means that you can still make tax-exempt donations to support our mission!

Donations will be directed to “Christmas in the City, a project of KKGS” and you will receive a thank you letter acknowledging the contribution from Knock Knock Give a Sock.

If you have any questions about this change, we are eager to speak with you. You can contact us support@christmasinthecity.org.

If you would like a gift acknowledgement to send (or be sent to) a recipient, please let us know in the Comments field or by emailing us at support@christmasinthecity.org
