Oh, Christmas Tree!

November 27, 2016

Back in the day, when the Christmas in the City Party had real trees, they were donated by our friends at Boston Christmas Trees. These days, the Party’s Christmas trees are fun and creative, but they’re no longer real, live trees. So we no longer need to rely on the generosity of Boston Christmas Trees to make sure that that the Party is festively decoratechristmas-treed. But Boston Christmas Trees remains a CITC supporter, collecting donations each year at their tree lot in Allston.

They’re open for business between now and Christmas Eve, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., selling trees, wreaths, garlands, mistletoe – whatever you need to get your home ready for Christmas. A great place to shop if you’re looking for a real tree. And let’s face it, nothing beats the smell of a real Christmas tree!

While you’re there, please consider making a donation to Christmas in the City. Our trees may no longer be real, but the need sure is – and so are the smiles on the faces of the kids who come to the party!
